The following terms shall have the following meanings:
"Dentecom" means Dentecom Limited (CRN: 3938549) of Sun Alliance House, Newcastle upon Tyne trading as Dentecom.co.uk
"Dentecom Partner" means the independent suppliers of goods and services for sale appearing on the Dentecom website
"Dentecom's website" means the web site at the URL www.dentecom.co.uk
"Interactive Area" means the notice board and discussion groups on Dentecom's website
"Service" means the service provided at Dentecom's website
User"means any user of this website, whether a Dentecom Partner or another registered user
1. By registering with this Service, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them. To use this Service, you must be 18 years of age or over and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement. An adult must supervise any user under the age of 18.
2. The cost of registration up to 1st February 2001 is free, thereafter a fee will be charged.
3. If you do not comply with these Terms your permission to use the Dentecom website will automatically terminate
4. The Dentecom website provides dental and other information and also sells products and provides e-commerce facilities whereby Dentecom Partners may offer for sale dental products and services on-line.
5. Material provided by Dentecom.co.uk may be printed or downloaded for personal use of the User only. Electronic or other reproduction, distribution or reprinting of any material contained in Dentecom's website site is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from [Dentecom at 13 Front Street, Stanley, Co Durham.DH9 0JE.
6. The Service does not include any computer hardware, software, peripherals or the telephone connection to the internet and the user shall be liable for any costs incurred as a result of the above.
7. Dentecom reserves the right at its absolute discretion and without giving reasons to terminate your usage or access to the whole or any part of the Dentecom's website at any time with or without notice at any time.
8. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of Dentecom's website (as well as for use of your account by those authorised by you to do so, as well as by any minors living with you or for whom you are responsible) and to comply with your responsibilities and obligations set out in this notice.
9. Dentecom shall not be liable for any disruption of the Service, or for any conflict with you're a User's software or hardware that may result from using the Service
10. You agree not to use any material contained in the Dentecom website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
11. You are responsible for and accept all risks associated with material that you post to any discussion group or any other area available through Dentecom's notice boards. Dentecom does not monitor any material posted nor accept any responsibility for it.
12. You must comply with the following requirements to ensure that only accurate and true statements are presented on the Dentecom notice boards and all other information on the Dentecom website:
12.1 You may not post or transmit any message anonymously, under a false name or nickname;
12.2 You may not permit any other person (other than an agent or employee acting on your behalf and subject to your direct supervision) to access the Dentecom website using your account for any purpose;
12.3 You may not post or transmit any message which is libellous, defamatory or which discloses confidential or private matters concerning any individual or business;
12.4 You may not post or transmit any message, data, image or program which is indecent, obscene or pornographic;
12.5 You may not post or transmit any message, data, image or program that infringes the property rights of others, including but not limited to the unauthorised use of:
12.5.1 copyrighted text, images or programs;
12.5.2 data protected by database rights secrets or other confidentialproprietary information;
12.5.3 trademarks or service marks;
12.6. You may not post or transmit any file which contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses or any other contaminating or destructive features.
12.7. You may not post or transmit charity requests, petitions for signatures, chain letters or letters relating to pyramid schemes. You may not post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials or any other solicitation of other users to use goods or services except in those areas that are expressly designated for such purpose and as authorised by Dentecom.
12.8. You agree that the following actions shall constitute a material breach of these Terms:
12.8.1 Use of an interactive area for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws;
12.8.2 Posting of material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy rights of others;
12.8.3. Posting of material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful;
12.8.4. Posting of advertisements or solicitations of business;
12.8.5.Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Interactive Areas or which, exposes any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.
13 You will indemnify and hold harmless Dentecom against any and all liability, loss, damages, costs, legal costs, professional and other expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by Dentecom (whether directly or consequently) in respect of any claim or action (whether or not successful) brought against Dentecom by a third party on the basis that information, content or communication provided or posted by you to or via Dentecom's website infringes the intellectual property or other rights of a third party
14. The failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided by these Terms or by law does not constitute a waiver of other rights or remedies.
15. If any provision of these Terms is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or part, the other provisions of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
16. Any contract created between Dentecom and any third party by these Terms shall be deemed to be made in England and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Dentecom partners' additional terms
1. You are responsible for your communications via, and your use of, the Dentecom website. You may not, under any circumstances, do any of the following:
1.1. publish, post, distribute or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene or other unlawful material or information via the Dentecom Website use the Dentecom website to threaten, harass, stalk, abuse, or otherwise violate the legal rights (including rights of privacy) of others
1.2. intercept or attempt to intercept e-mail or other private communications not intended for you
1.3. send e-mail to Dentecom's Partners or other internet users for any purpose other than personal communication, including to advertise or offer to sell goods or services to other Dentecom Partners, use as a mass distribution medium to communicate a generally unsolicited message, or use your e-mail account in the text of these messages as an address of where members or other Internet users need to respond (except as otherwise expressly permitted by Dentecom)
1.4. send unsolicited e-mail messages through third-party mail servers in order to relay your e-mail or hide the origination of this e-mail to others
1.5. upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy, or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents
1.6. upload files that contain a virus or corrupted data

Each time you upload a file on the Dentecom website you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control the rights or have the necessary consents to do so, and you grant every other partner the right to download and use such file for personal use.

2.2. be responsible for all charges resulting from use of your
